A blend of rapid-fire business coaching, contract drafting and legal strategy, here's a play-by-play of what your Legal Clarity Session includes:
A one-hour pre-session strategy intensive where we get clear on your business’ goals and what legal holes need to be filled
My brain on your business for a 4-hour focused block on the day you select. You’re welcome to join the whole session or pop in for questions as needed, or you can rest easy knowing that it’s all being handled.
Three-week turnaround on 3-5 custom must-have legal policies or contracts (note: more complex legal issues like trademark applications may be started in this session but require additional time and fees.)
A one-hour post-session walkthrough of all of the contracts created, what they mean and how to use them
Recordings of both one-hour strategy sessions for you to refer to later
A post-session implementation plan with recommendations for quarterly and annual legal to-do’s
Email and voice note support for one week post-session to walk you through any questions that come up
