What if you could craft your career around what matters most?

Hi, I'm Titilayo Tinubu Ali. I'm an attorney, writer and education policy wonk who founded this company to help other women of color experience the personal growth and freedom that entrepreneurship offers.

I ventured into entrepreneurship early on in my career launching a communications firm for nonprofits just a year out of college. I would go on to extend my client base into three major southeastern media markets (Atlanta, D.C., Charlotte, NC).

That entrepreneurial fervor never left me even as I went on to hold several "real jobs," and I've continued to consult alongside my career for the past 15 years.

I've placed news stories on CNN, NBC, ABC, FOX, and NPR, consulted for political campaigns, won a trip to the Grammy Awards for my legal writing while at Berkeley Law, conducted research that has shaped education policy in Canada and Ireland, advised OutKast's André 3000 and NBA hall-of-famer David Robinson on philanthropic strategies to support education, and performed legal work for Russell Simmons’ media, fashion, financial, and nonprofit ventures.

Entrepreneurial skills and thinking have made me a better employee and have given me the freedom and foundation to work outside of the confines of the typical 9 to 5 whenever I need to.

These tools have particularly come in handy now that I have a husband and twin toddlers, and I'm at a place in my life where I want to shape my work around my family and not the other way around.

I earned my law degree from UC Berkeley, my master's degree in education policy from Columbia University, and my bachelor's degree in English from Spelman College with honors. I am a certified NxLeveL® entrepreneurship instructor and I've worked with solopreneurs, small business owners, nonprofits, startups and social enterprises to establish a solid business, marketing and strategy foundation for their new ventures.

Let's keep in touch.

A few times a month I send inspiration, reflections on entrepreneurship, and announcements about upcoming trainings. I'd love to keep you in the loop. Share your first name and email with me using the form below, and you won't miss a thing.
